AOC PUBLIC COURTCONNECT HELP

What is Public CourtConnect?
CourtConnect is a portal to case information for courts using the ACS Contexte Case Management System.  The Public CourtConnect portal allows Contexte users to find information on cases using their Contexte security if they know the name of a person on the case or the Case ID.

What information is available in Public CourtConnect?
Depending on your security, you may find information on cases from Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, from the Circuit Courts in every county in Arkansas and from the District Courts in Arkadelphia, Austin, Batesville, Cabot, Caddo Valley, Carlisle, Craighead County, Crawford County, Crittenden County, England, Faulkner County, Hot Springs, Jacksonville, Little Rock, Lonoke, Malvern, Mena, Mt. Ida, Perryville, Pulaski County, Searcy, Tyronza, Van Buren, Ward and Wrightsville.  CourtConnect provides access to basic information about the case including:

Public CourtConnect also includes information not found in Public CourtConnect including warrants, party addresses, and financial information on cases. As with the public version, Public CourtConnect links to case images for some court records so you can see the actual documents filed on the case. If you cannot see a case in Contexte because of your security, you will not be able to see it in Public CourtConnect.

The Courts listed above were first implemented in Contexte, and their case information made available through Public CourtConnect, on these dates:

Searching in Court Connect
For an exact match, or to shorten the list of possible cases, enter as much information as you can about the case you need.

Search by Person name, Business name or Case Type*
Choose this option to search by name:

  1. Last Name or Company Name is required.
  2. Enter the First Name (if known).
  3. Enter the Middle Name (if known).

*Note: Only criminal defendants can be found using the person search in cases from paper-reporting courts. No images are available.

Additional Search Criteria
If you are unsure of the exact spelling of a name, there are two additional ways you can search:

About the Case ID
Because CourtConnect can eventually contain cases from all courts in the state, the case numbers in Contexte follow a new format. Circuit Court case or Docket numbers are constructed using four main components:

  1. County prefix
  2. Two-character prefix indicating the type of case
  3. Two-digit year the case was filed (99, 00, 01, 02, etc.)*
